The goal of Signature Developments is to continue to grow and expand the community and area surrounding Prince Albert in entirely beneficial ways. Through providing increased commercial services, expansions in leisure lifestyle amenities, and venues for entertainment and business functions, we will create jobs, bring in outside revenue, and increase the overall wellbeing of Prince Albert’s residents in significant ways.

Although the scope of our many developments is substantial, the planning is in place and continually reviewed to keep any potential disruption to the absolute minimum. Our talented team has decades of experience with similar projects and has proven capable of managing the situation to everyone’s benefit.

Questions About The Yard District

The Yard is located in the south-east quadrant of the city of Prince Albert, situated along the city center side of the CanAm Highway (Highway 3) and intersecting at Marquis Road.

We anticipate initial major construction to be completed in 2023.

There will be ample open-air parking for all visitors.

Questions About The Junction District

The Junction is located on the east side of Highway 2, just south of Prince Albert and at the junction where Highway 11 joins with Highway 2.

We anticipate initial major construction to be completed in 2023. 

There will be plenty of free parking available.

The Country Residential District is located immediately east of the Junction Highway Commercial Development at the intersection of Highway 11 and Highway 2 south of Prince Albert.

We anticipate welcoming residents to the community starting in 2024.
